Commercial Food Service Equipment must comply with sanitation standards published by NSF International and Recognized by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

What's the process:

G&M Compliance Laboratory can provide NSF witness testing
Provide an Application (for initial NSF Certification, new plant, or new standard)
Plant Audit (if initial NSF Certification or, possibly, for a new standard)
Physical Evaluation of Representative Model(s)
Material Acceptance (and possible testing)
Documentation Report Registration and Certification
